The challenge

3g Smart Group faced the challenge of promoting a sustainable culture among its employees, involving all its collaborators and making the sustainable transformation effective at all levels of the company.

The goals 3g Smart Group pursued with this year’s DoGood project were:

  • Promote sustainability and measure the impact of employees to be able to use the metrics achieved to reinforce their sustainability reports.
  • Work on employee awareness in terms of sustainability and promote a sustainable culture among employees.
  • Improve the responsible brand associated with 3g Smart Group.

The benefits

For one year, 3g Smart Group teams were able to practice sustainability and meet their impact goal, learning the importance of changing people’s behavior, habits, and decision criteria through actions.

According to Candela, thanks to DoGood they were able to measure the involvement of their collaborators with each of the SDGs and the initiatives that we proposed from DoGood. All the impact metrics achieved during the program have served to reinforce their 2023 sustainability report.

3g Smart Group employees who participated in the DoGood program acquired knowledge about sustainability and new sustainable habits that they can apply in their daily lives inside and outside the company.

In a company like 3g Smart Group, where they work with teams from different geographical areas, they recognized how DoGood has helped them to get to know each other better among their teams and to understand the realities that exist in other countries.
