The challenge

After the success of the first year, Campanile wanted to continue promoting and reinforcing sustainable culture among its people to turn them into agents of change.

Together with DoGood, they wanted to achieve the objectives of their CSR strategy, which are mainly based on three pillars:

  • Sustainability.
  • Close community
  • Corporate wellbeing.

All this, promoting a teamwork spirit, inspiring its employees and creating engagement among its teams.

The benefits

For Campanile, the initial preparation phase was essential, as this is the phase in which the strategy that was going to be followed with DoGood was aligned with the objectives and values they already had as a company. They consider it very relevant to carry out this alignment phase from the beginning to then meet all the objectives in a fluid cascade.

Campanile has several hotels spread throughout Spain and the DoGood app has allowed the different teams to communicate with each other, doing challenges, interacting with each other and even finding affinities between them. All of which while creating a community among employees and increasing the feeling of belonging with the company

Camille undoubtedly highlights the documented part of reporting which, according to her, has been very useful for them to have the reports when accounting for and measuring the impact of the sustainable actions carried out by their employees. “Taking sustainable actions is good, but being able to measure them and concretely explain what we do is better” According to her, it is very satisfying to see how far we can all go.
